By leveraging existing CRM data from enterprise databases, NSI Expense Reports enables users to:

• Define reporting structures, including approvers and notification emails
• Configure company locations and business units
• Utilize existing and historical coding schemes
• Automatically assign General Ledger (GL) codes based on predefined criteria

• The ability to assign expenses to specific jobs or projects
• Automated creation of GL codes based on employee location, business unit, and job number
